Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, accessing, or playing MindPro: Logic Puzzles Arcade ("the Application"), developed by Mahmoud Sheir ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing the Application on Android, web, or any other supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to install and use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and brain-training purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original source code, game mechanics, UI design systems, graphic assets, animations, icons, sound effects, brand elements, and promotional materials associated with MindPro: Logic Puzzles Arcade are the exclusive intellectual property of Mahmoud Sheir and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You agree NOT to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
Modify, adapt, translate, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or rent any portion of the Application.
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary designations embedded in the software.

4. In-Game Advertisements & Virtual Rewards

The Application is provided free of charge, supported by third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob). Optional rewarded advertisements offer in-game benefits such as continuing a session after mistakes or revealing puzzle hints. These virtual benefits possess no monetary value outside the Application, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and do not constitute purchases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all devices or operating system variations, or free of bugs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mahmoud Sheir or MindPro contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
