Welcome to MindPro: Logic Puzzles Arcade ("MindPro", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by Mahmoud Sheir. We deeply respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information that may be processed when you download, install, and enjoy our mobile puzzle application and related services.

1. Overview & Core Philosophy

MindPro is designed as an offline-first puzzle arcade. We do not require account registration, passwords, social media logins, or cloud synchronization to play. Your game progress, best times, win streaks, and custom settings are stored locally on your device using encrypted sandbox storage (AsyncStorage).

2. Information We Do Not Collect

MindPro does NOT collect, store, transmit, or sell:

Personal Identifiable Information (such as your legal name, physical address, email address, or phone number).
Biometric data, contacts, photo libraries, microphone recordings, or camera feeds.
Precise GPS location data.
Financial or credit card details (MindPro does not process payment card information directly).

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep all logic games 100% free with unlimited play sessions, MindPro integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve non-intrusive banner advertisements, interstitial transitions, and optional user-initiated rewarded video ads (such as continuing a game session after 3 mistakes).

Google AdMob may automatically collect certain pseudonymized technical device data and telemetry to deliver, measure, and optimize advertising performance, including:

Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID on Android) or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA on iOS), subject to your operating system permissions and consent preferences.
Technical Device Specifications: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, carrier, network connection type (Wi-Fi/Cellular), and language settings.
Diagnostic Telemetry: General app performance logs, ad impression metrics, click-through rates, and crash reports.

4. User Consent & Personalized Ads (GDPR / UMP)

In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional data protection laws, MindPro incorporates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Players in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom are presented with a consent dialog allowing them to accept or refuse personalized advertising. If you decline personalized ads, you will still enjoy full access to the game while receiving non-personalized, contextual advertisements.

You can also reset your advertising identifier or opt out of interest-based ads anytime directly from your Android device settings via: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

MindPro is a general-audience brain puzzle app designed for teenagers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain European jurisdictions) in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt corrective action.

6. Local Data Retention & Deletion

All game records, best times, statistics, and sound preferences are stored locally on your device. You can completely erase all data associated with MindPro at any time by clearing the application storage in your device settings (Settings > Apps > MindPro > Clear Storage) or by uninstalling the app.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update our Privacy Policy to reflect app enhancements, new game modes, or evolving legal and platform regulations. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
